Limitation of liability

We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may occur due to the product. We accept no responsibility for delays/errors as a result of circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances can be, for example, labor conflict, fire, war, authority decision, reduced or non-existent delivery from the postal supplier. Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product characteristics that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.


Unclaimed packages

You must provide valid and accurate delivery information. If Medusa Essentials receives back a package that was sent to the wrong address or not picked up, it is up to you to pay new shipping. For orders that are not picked up, we charge a fee of SEK 250.


Delivery

Our normal delivery times are 2-7 working days depending on the selected shipping option. Orders placed on weekends are shipped the following Monday at the earliest. If delays in delivery should occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), please contact our customer service.

 

When placing an order

By placing an order on www.medusaessentials.com you must be at least 18 years old, ensure that the details you provide to us are accurate, ensure that you are the authorized user of the credit or debit card and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the items. Medusa Essentials keeps the right to deny/cancel any purchase requested by you. If we deny a purchase you will be contacted by the e-mail address you assigned when you placed your order. In order to ger a order confirmation, you must enter your email at checkout. 

Shipping and delivery

The delivery time and cost is indicated in the shopping chart under each shipping method or at Shipping and Handling. If a product has different delivery time it’s specified by the respective commodity. We are not responsible and do not pay for the costs such as (ex. customs and VAT) that may occur when sending you a product or when we receive a return.

You must provide correct and complete address information, including apartmentnumber if you live in an apartment, in your order as we cannot guarantee that it can be changed after you complete your purchase. The customer is solely responsible that the name of the order matches the name of the letter/mailbox/postbox/apartmentnumber on the delivery address. The customer is solely responsible for any delivery errors due to lack of information or failure of the delivery address in its order.
