How long is the delivery time for my order?

  • We have a delivery time of 2-5 working days.

My order has not been delivered?

  • When we ship your order, you will recieve a text message with a tracking number so you can track your order. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact us at medusaessentials@gmail.com 

Can I track my order?

  • Yes, when we ship your order out you will recieve a text message with a tracking number. 

I have recieved my order but I have gotten the wrong product / there is a product missing?


Does the shipping cost anything?

  • We offer free shipping inside of Sweden if you order amount exceeds 700 sek. If your ourder amount is below this sum there will be an additional cost for shipping. 

It says that my order has been delivered but I have not received it?

I want to return a product, how do I go about?

My product has been damaged during transport, how do I go about?


When can I expect a refund after my return?

  • It can take up to 30 days before you recieve you money from a return. 


EXCHANGES

I ordered the wrong size / product and want to exchange it, how do I go about?

  • We do not offer exchange at this point in time. You can return your products and are welcome to make a new order with the desired size or product. You will find all information on how to make a return here.

How should I store my jewelry?

  • When you receive your order your jewelry come in separate dustbags. When not in use, keep your jewelry in your dustbag.

What are your products made of?

  • Our products is made out of either 925 sterling silver or stainless steel and plated with 18k gold, white gold or 925 sterling silver. Take a look at the product description under each product to know more. 

What stones are used on your jewelry?

  • We use Cubic Zirconia.
