Return Policy

Medusa Essentials strive to make all our customers 100% satisfied with their jewelry, so whether your new ring does not fit you or you changed your mind about your purchase you can send back your product to us for a refund. Outlined below is our return policy.

• You can make a return within 14 days from recieving your products. (Does not include replacement goods for lost parcels)

• Items must be sent back within 14 days from contacting us about a return.

• We do not return earrings due to hygienic reasons.

• Items must be in a resellable state, in its original packaging with its labels still on.

• The items must be sent back in a secure and safe package that is well sealed.

• All products must be returned with no signs of wear. If we find that items are used, we will refuse the return and send back the items to your original address.

• We take a return-fee of 52 kr on all returns within Sweden, and 99 kr on all returns outside of Sweden.

• Medusa Essentials will repay the price you paid for the item, back to your original payment method. We do not refund the shipping cost.

• It can take up to 30 days for you to receive the money to your bank account.

Do you make exchanges?

Exchanges are at this point in time not available, but team Medusa are working on it. However, you are more than welcome to make a return to us and then reorder your desired size, color or product.
